"One-off"capability is available. Email us or call for details. Generally, if the engine is a four cylinder/push rod costs range from about $85.00 per gasket. For six cylinder $90.00 per gasket. Many V8 Domestic HG's are $150.00. These prices are for thickness range from .022, .032, .043 and .054". Overhead cam engines are slightly more expensive depending upon configuration. Custom/CAD setup fee is about $75.00/pattern. This is a one time ''non-recurring'' fee.

Gasket Miniatures are $15.00-$20.00 depending on size. Typical four cylinder miniature without a "fifth" large hole for the timing chain is $15.00 (MGB, Spitfire, X 1/9, Triumph 3/4, Sprite, Mini...). All others are $20.00. See the "Products" and "What's New" sections for more information.

TURN AROUND TIME:
Typically, less than seven business days. If a dead-line or racing event is imminent special priority is given.

EMERGENCY GASKET SERVICE

Expedited next day service is available- at substantial (100%) cost increase. Requests for EGS must be made no later than 1300hrs. Pacific Time.

WHEN TIME IS CRITICAL AND DEADLINES NEED TO BE MET. Infrequently engines return from the machine shop with the head or deck milled just too thin -typically this happens just before an important race. That is where EGS

HAS HELPED MANY RACE TEAMS AND ENGINE BUILDERS.

Our plan is to be able to custom manufacture and ship a head gasket for you within 48 hours.

LATEST TECHNOLOGY:
We have several different methods of cutting copper depending on the quantity and complexity of the design. We now have IN HOUSE power niblers, multi-station punch press and Ultrahigh pressure abrasive water jet equipment to ensure that your order is processed efficiently and properly.

Items may be shipped UPS, FedeX/ or Airborne Express, C.O.D. if desired. Shipping, handling and COD fees are added.

RETURN POLICY:
Items are guaranteed to be free of defects upon shipment. Only unused defective products may be returned for similar replacement gasket.

Aftermarket gaskets may not be identical to your original equipment manufactured gasket. Installation of the gasket necessarily presumes that the installer has inspected and approved fit. Gasket Works is not responsible for any damages once gasket is installed.
